The hotel is located in a quiet area close to the center of the city, providing a peaceful atmosphere in the evenings away from the busy streets. It is also conveniently situated near key tourist sites, with the Trevi Fountain only a 15-minute walk away. One reviewer mentioned that the rooms have lovely views, and another appreciated the excellent service and helpful staff.
One guest mentioned a negative experience with the hotel's spa, feeling discriminated against by being asked to pay an additional fee for its use.

The location of the hotel is superb, situated on a beautiful treed street in a very nice neighborhood near various Embassies. It is within walking distance of most major landmarks and close to the center of the city without all the noise. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread is delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a spa and a bar area for guests to enjoy.
The breakfast at the hotel was not up to the standard expected from a luxury establishment.

This hotel had everything we needed for a luxurious stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff were friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious and had exclusive amenities such as a private sauna. We enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast and the beautiful rooftop bar with stunning views of the city. the hotel's location was great, with access to nearby restaurants and attractions. we had an unforgettable experience at this venue.
Despite this, the staff was attentive and provided excellent service.
